SETUP:

• After processing your order, we will send a welcome email. Use the link in that email to download the configuration files.

 

• Save it to your your computer and un-zip the files.

 

• Double click on the file you just saved.

 

• On the screen that opens, double click on Tunnelblick.

 

TUNNELBLICK (free):

Go to the Tunnelblick setup page and follow the instructions on how to set up Tunnelblick.

​

Use the files you downloaded and un-zipped in the step for installing the configurations.

​

NOTE: if you have one of our older or other branded version of Tunnelblick on your computer, follow the steps below.

​

Tunnelblick will not install over a branded version.  Which is why this needs to be done.

​

Download the uninstaller from this page.

​

Then follow these steps under 'To uninstall an earlier version of Tunnelblick which is not located in /Applications'

To capture a log, click on the Tunnelblick icon in the upper right of your screen. Click on Details. Highlight the entire log that appears (you may have to scroll down) and copy and paste into your email.
