There are a lot of 'secure email' companies out there these days.  All of them tout their bullet proof encryption technologies which supposedly protect and secure your email.  In this day and age when governments, the biggest corporations and banks, local government offices and even hospitals are being hacked, can you really trust this hype and exaggeration?  Our email is simple. We don't  claim to bullet proof encrypt anything.  Because it's impossible.  Our email relies on small mail space, constantly downloaded and erased.  We make no backups and there are no copies of your emails--anywhere.  When encryption is necessary, we highly recommend you create a PGP key and encrypt your email to your personal key that nobody else has access to.

 

Our offshore, secure email is designed to maximize your privacy and email security. We use encrypted servers that are heavily firewalled and DDoS protected. Random snoops and hackers across the internet will never be able to get to your email  account. The VPN, combined with the email, also hides the email traffic as it crosses the Internet.  So it is not seen as email traffic being sent from your location.

All of this ensures that your email communications are secure and your location is not visible.

Our high security email servers are located in Iceland. The service will work on all devices including PCs, Mac OSX, iPad, iPhone and Android based tablets and phones.

Email service includes your choice of open source web browser and POP/IMAP/SMTP service for use with programs such as Outlook, Thunderbird and Mac Mail.

You will receive an email address similar to this: yourname@ourdomain.net <or>.com <or> .org.  'Yourname' is whatever name you wish on the email address and 'ourdomain' is one of our generic sounding domain names (not unspyable.com). Each account includes 250 MB disk space and up to 250 SMTP forwards per day. After ordering, please send us an email and let us know what name you want before the '@' sign in your email addresses. The names can be different for your two accounts.

This service is not designed to store large amounts of email on a remote server. The service is designed to maximize your privacy. We do not back up the email and no record is kept. We strongly suggest you use a program like Outlook, Thunderbird or Mac Mail to download the email to your computer. We also suggest that you encrypt your computer’s hard drive to protect your downloaded messages. Once a message is deleted from our servers there is no way to recover it. In addition, since we do not back up the server data, a hardware or software failure on the server can result in lost emails. This it the price of no backups and maximum privacy. Download your email to your computer often to minimize the risk of loss.

The service includes a Personal VPN account which is required to achieve maximum privacy. It also includes two email accounts. If you want email service, do not purchase VPN service separately as it is included with your email subscription.
