- We do keep VPN connection-related logs for up to 7 days, to assist you in account setup and troubleshooting. This log contains no information regarding your Internet surfing activities.
- We do not backup the data on our email servers - once a message is deleted it is not recoverable.
- We will not sell, or in any way provide to anyone else, your personal user information with the exception of matters where designated by law to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or subpoena.
